We provide a wide range of service options such as carry-in computer service, on-site computer and network service and installation, carry-in and on-site service agreements, as well as computer/network consulting. We have added an online Support Page for our customers. Just click on the Support link and fill in the form, then click on "Post Message". We put this Newsgroup in place exclusively for Technical Support and plan to keep it open to the public as long as possible. If in the event spammers and competitors abuse this feature we will be forced to open it to our customers only and require a login and password. Anyone is welcome to post their technical questions and/or answers, and a Service Engineer from DRS Technology will keep an eye on the board to lend help as well.

For you Schools (and others) who are currently buying printers on state contract you may want to check out the OkiData Printers at CompuDirect's online store. I have been using Okidata printers for years now and am amazed at their quality. I have checked NC State contract prices for comparable printers and they aren't even close. If nothing else, much of the homework is done on this Web Site for those of you who are comparison shopping for printers.
